Let’s take a closer look at a fish that, in my opinion, is under rated.
The pike may be surly and aggressive but who says a brute can’t be beautiful. I’ll let this pike speak for himself.

Pike are gorgeous! long, slender and fast, aesthetically they’re second only to trout for me!
A very cool fish indeed. The only negative thing I can say is ONG they are slimy!

The mighty ESOX, aka “The Water Wolf” should be feared and respected.
Wolf is a great name for them!
When fishing for Pike I always feel I should have a loop of the JAWS theme music playing in the background.
