That day on the White River in AR Kent and I saw the biggest trout either of us had ever seen. I’m not gonna say how big because you won’t believe me, but this is the fly Kent tied that night and that should give you and idea.
Authors Note: That bottle of Stranahan’s Whiskey was better than half full when we started tying.

How much ? 70 cm ? 🙂 Is this not a pike fly ? 😉
Pawel,
It could be used for a pike fly but I tied it for targeting 30+ inch brown trout on the White River. DNR have shocked trout well over forty pounds on many occasions. The fly os roughly 6.5 inches long or 16.5 cm according to my ruler.
Kent
