Having just spent 3 days camping and fishing up in the Gros Ventre Valley on Crystal Creek, I was drawn to the familiarity of this photo. Luckily our weather was great the entire time. However the water was still quite high, and as a result the fishing was less fruitful than we had hoped. The beauty of the valley and the amazing water will bring us back again on our next trip through Wyoming, and we will be better informed and better prepared to make the most of our time there.

That’s one of my favorite places in the world. I’ve spent a lot of nights in a tent there. I’ll be there again in 2 weeks. My 3rd trip this year. Glad you enjoyed the photo. Stay tuned!
